SRS Ltd. Terms & Conditions

1. Shipping: We ship throughout Canada. All units are shipped for a flat rate of $45.00. Please allow 5-7 days to process the order.

2. Terms: We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please contact us directly.

3. Claims: All claims must be made within thirty (30) days after receipt of merchandise.

4. Cancellation: Please cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Lost or Damaged Goods in Transit: All shipments are manufactured at our plant. Seller’s responsibility ceases when a clean Bill of Lading indicating that the Transportation Company has received the shipment consigned in good order is furnished. Purchaser should thoroughly inspect the shipment as soon as it is received and claims for shortage and/or damaged shipments should be made immediately and directly to the Carrier.

6. Returns: No returned goods will be accepted without permission from SRS Ltd. No item will be accepted for return 90 DAYS after the order date. Please contact us directly for more information.
